เงื่อนไขข้อตกลงในการใช้บริการ

บริษัท สนุก ออนไลน์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอขอบพระคุณท่านผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่านที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมและใช้บริการ mobilemagic.sanook.com และ 1900.sanook.com (“บริการ”) เพื่อเป็นการทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการของบริษัท บริษัทขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบถึงนโยบายการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่าน ดังต่อไปนี้

Sanook Online Limited (the “Company”) is appreciated you who use and enter to our web site for viewing and using to mobilemagic.sanook.com and 1900.sanook.com (the “Service”). For your understanding with respect to our Service, the Company desires to inform you our Service policies as listed below:

“ข้อตกลงนี้” หมายถึง เงื่อนไขข้อตกลงการใช้บริการนี้ และรวมถึงเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงการเรียกเก็บ ค่าบริการของบริษัทฯ

“วันที่มีผลบังคับ” หมายถึง วันที่ผู้ใช้บริการได้รับบริการ
“effective date” - means the date when the user or subscriber receives his/her service from our Company.
“ค่าใช้บริการ” หมายถึง จำนวนเงินที่จ่ายให้แก่บริษัทฯ ตามที่ระบุในข้อรายละเอียดของบริการหรือสินค้าตามที่ท่านได้ขอใช้บริการ
"service fee" means any amount payable to Sanook as stated in terms and conditions for using mobilemagic.sanook.com and1900.sanook.com ( Service)

ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับการใช้บริการนี้และตกลงว่า
User or Subscriber hereby acknowledges receipt of such access and agrees:

1. จะใช้เลขลงบันทึกเข้าและรหัสเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคล (personal use) เท่านั้น (ไม่ใช้ในเชิงการค้าหรือพาณิชย์)- that the log in ID will be used for his/her personal use only.

2. ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับว่า บริษัทฯ จะไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายหรือความสูญเสียใดๆ ทีเกิดขึ้นจาก เรื่องดังต่อไปนี้ User or Subscriber agree that Sanook shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused as follows;

2.1 ถ้าความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นจากการผู้ใช้บริการไม่อ่าน และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ เช่น ไม่ตรวจสอบยี่ห้อ โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ รุ่นของโทรศัพท์มือถือที่บริษัทให้บริการก่อนขอใช้บริการ If User or Subscriber have not read or fail to observe and perform any of the other terms, condition or obligations of this agreement, etc checking series of Mobile number or Brand of Mobile phone before request our Service.

2.2. ความสูญเสียใดๆ ก็ตามไม่ว่าจะเกิดขึ้นจากการผิดสัญญา, การละเมิด Any loss regardless of whether a claim for such loss is based on breach of contract.

2.3 ความสูญเสียที่ไม่ว่าจะสามารถเล็งเห็นได้หรือไม่ก็ตาม Any loss whether it could have been foreseen or not.
